How long does it take to receive my order?
All custom orders are made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Are custom orders refundable or exchangeable?
Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, all custom orders are final sale. Please double-check spelling, sizing, and customization details before placing your order.
What materials are used?
Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality stainless steel and cubic zirconia stones. Gold-plated finishes are commonly used. Pieces are designed for everyday wear but should be handled with care to maintain longevity.
Will my jewelry tarnish or turn green?
Our pieces are made to be durable; however, proper care is essential. To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals.
What happens if I order both a custom and a non-custom item?
If your order includes both custom and non-custom items, the entire order will ship together once the custom item is complete. This helps ensure your order arrives together.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you offer rush orders?
At this time, rush orders are not available. All custom pieces follow the standard 3–4 week processing timeline.
